Automating the Data Extractor
Automating the Data Extractor
Automatically import files from Google Drive, OneDrive, or Email.
You can automatically fetch new files from a connected Google Drive folder, OneDrive folder, or email. To automatically fetch new files from your connected source, turn on the Process Files toggle.

When the Process Files toggle is turned on, Lido will automatically check for and process new files added to that folder every five minutes.
Automatically export extracted data in Excel or CSV format
You can receive extracted data in an Excel or CSV daily at a specified time of your choosing. Lido can either send an email with the Excel/CSV file, or directly upload it to a Google Drive or OneDrive folder of your choice.

Delete emailed rows
Check this box if you want your automated export file to only include newly processed data since the last automated export. Leave it unchecked if you want your exported file to include all of the previous data as well with new rows appended to the bottom.
Combine Process Files and Export Results to fully automate your data extraction
Turn on both Process Files and Export Results to fully automate your data extractor. Simply drop new files into a connected folder and receive an export of your processed files daily!
💸 Cost tip: Exclude Pages vs. Page Count
If you only need specific pages from each document, how you tell Lido matters for your bill:
- Exclude Pages bills for every page. Lido still has to read each page to intelligently figure out which ones to exclude, so the full document counts against your allowance.
- Page Count bills only the pages processed. If you already know exactly which pages to extract from (e.g., the first 2 pages of every invoice), set the Page Count on the Data Extractor — only those pages count against your allowance.
When automating high-volume extraction, the Page Count setting is the cheaper option whenever you can identify your target pages up front.
