Cannot log in or reset your password
Reset your password (normal flow)
- Go to the login page at sheets.lido.app/login
- Enter your email address first
- Click the blue "Forgot password?" link
- If an account exists under that email, you receive a temporary password by email - check your spam folder
Once logged in, change your password under Settings -> Security.
"An error occurred while processing your request"
If the Forgot Password flow shows this error, email help@trylido.com from your account email address and we will reset your password manually. For security, password resets are handled over email only - support cannot reset passwords inside this chat.
No reset email arriving
- Check spam/junk.
- Confirm you are using the exact email you signed up with - typos at signup happen (including misspelled domains like "outloook.com"); if you suspect one, email help@trylido.com.
- Google sign-in accounts have no password. If you originally signed up with Google, use Sign in with Google instead of the password form.
- Some accounts use a verification code (passwordless) login - do not submit a blank password (that triggers "incorrect password"). Use Forgot password to set one if you prefer a password.
Login page is blank
- Lido is desktop only - mobile browsers and phones are not supported.
- Try Chrome (the most fully supported browser), or an incognito window after clearing cache.
- If still blank on desktop Chrome, report it in chat with a screenshot.
Not sure which email has your account or subscription
Search your inbox for Lido receipts. If you changed companies or emails, your subscription may live under the old address - email help@trylido.com listing the addresses you may have used.
