Refunds and cancellation policy

Cancel any plan whenever you like. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and outside Enterprise contracts our plans are non-refundable.

Cancelling your subscription

  • Cancel anytime in Settings -> Billing & Usage (sheets.lido.app/settings/billing) -> Manage plan.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, not right away. Nothing is switched off early, and you keep full access and your remaining page allowance until then.
  • After that your account moves to the free tier. Your data, sheets, and workspace all stay exactly where they are.
  • Cancellation is done by the account owner in the billing portal. We are not able to do it from our side, which is a security thing rather than a hoop to jump through. If you cannot log in, see "Cannot log in or reset your password".

Refunds

  • Standard plans (Starter, Professional, Business, Scale, Scale+): payments are non-refundable. This covers monthly renewals, annual prepayments, partially used months, and page allowance you did not get around to using.
  • Auto-renewal: monthly and annual plans renew automatically, so the thing that saves you money is cancelling before your renewal date. Either way you keep access through the end of the period you paid for.
  • Enterprise plans: governed by the terms of your contract.

Common situations

"I forgot to cancel and was just charged." The renewal itself is not refundable, but cancel now and you will not be charged again, and you keep access and pages until the end of the cycle.

"I cancelled but I still have access." That is expected. It runs to the end of the period you paid for.

"I was charged on an account I no longer use." Subscriptions live in the workspace where they were purchased. If you changed companies or email addresses, the plan may still be active under your old email. Log into that account's billing portal to cancel, or email help@trylido.com from the billed email address.

"I don't recognize this charge." Email help@trylido.com with the receipt and the email address that was billed, and we will investigate.

Duplicate charges, billing errors, and accidental upgrades are a different story and we do look at those individually. If something feels off, start a chat or email help@trylido.com. We would rather hear from you than have you sit on it.

For invoices and receipts: Billing & Usage -> Manage Plan -> billing portal -> Invoice History.
