Refunds and cancellation policy

Summary: you can cancel any plan at any time, and cancellation stops future charges. Outside of Enterprise contracts, Lido subscriptions are non-refundable.

Cancelling your subscription

  • Cancel anytime in Settings -> Billing & Usage (sheets.lido.app/settings/billing) -> Manage plan.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You keep full access and your remaining page allowance until then.
  • After that, your account moves to the free tier. Your data, sheets, and workspace remain intact.
  • For security reasons our team cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf - cancellation is done by the account owner in the billing portal. If you cannot log in, see the article "Can't log in or reset your password".

Refund policy

  • Non-Enterprise plans (Starter, Professional, Business, Scale, Scale+): payments are non-refundable. This includes monthly renewals, annual prepayments, partially used months, and unused page allowances.
  • Auto-renewal: monthly and annual plans renew automatically. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before your renewal date - you will still keep access through the end of the period you paid for.
  • Enterprise plans: governed by the terms of your contract.

Common situations

"I forgot to cancel and was just charged." The renewal charge is not refundable, but if you cancel now you will not be charged again, and you keep access and pages until the end of the cycle.

"I cancelled but I still have access." That is expected - cancellation takes effect at the next billing date.

"I was charged on an account I no longer use." Subscriptions live in the workspace where they were purchased. If you changed companies or email addresses, the plan may still be active under your old email. Log into that account's billing portal to cancel, or email help@trylido.com from the billed email address.

"I don't recognize this charge." Email help@trylido.com with the receipt and the email address that was billed, and we will investigate.

For invoices and receipts: Billing & Usage -> Manage Plan -> billing portal -> Invoice History.
