Pricing, plans, and page allowance
Lido is priced per product. Each product (Data Extraction, Form Filling, Template Filling, Smart Lookup, Workflow Builder) has its own tiered plans and its own usage metric. You can mix and match — customers on Data Extraction commonly add Workflow Builder or Smart Lookup, and the pricing stacks.

How Lido's pricing works
Three rules span every product:
- Annual plans are the default. Business, Scale, and Enterprise tiers are annual-only. Starter and Pro tiers can be monthly or annual; annual saves 16–20%.
- Yearly capacity is available on day one. You don't have to wait 12 months to use the full annual allowance; it's unlocked immediately on annual plans.
- No contracts. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. 30-day full refund guarantee on new subscriptions.
For all non-Enterprise plans, 1:1 live video support is billed at $300/hour (or included in higher tiers — see each product's table). Enterprise plans include priority support: a dedicated Client Success Manager, weekly check-ins if desired, and a dedicated communications channel.
Data Extraction
The Data Extractor turns PDFs, images, scans, emails, and DOCX files into structured spreadsheet rows. Priced per page processed with success-only billing — a failed extraction doesn't count against your allowance.

- Business, Scale, and Enterprise tiers are annual-only. Monthly page limits shown on the live pricing page are illustrative — the actual commitment is annual.
- Enterprise overage: additional pages beyond the Enterprise allowance are billed at $3,000 per 60,000 pages ($0.05/page).
- Enterprise plans include priority support, dedicated CSM, and (L3+) on-site sessions.
What counts as a page? One page of a processed document. A 5-page PDF counts as 5 pages only if extraction succeeds. Failed extractions are free.

Fill PDF forms (and Google Docs templates) automatically from sheet data. Priced by forms filled per year.

Smart Lookup
Intelligently match a row of data against a reference table (vendor list, SKU catalog, customer database, etc.). Priced by match attempts per year + reference-table row capacity.

How match attempts count
- Matching 10 rows against 1 reference table = 10 attempts.
- Matching 1 row against 2 reference tables (e.g., to pull two different pieces of info) = 2 attempts.
Reference table updates
- Reference tables can be refreshed on a schedule defined by your plan.
- Update-batch size (the % of rows that can change per refresh) also varies by plan — contact sales for specifics.
Workflow Builder
Automate multi-step processes: file trigger → extract → enrich → write back → notify. Priced by execution runs per year and minimum run frequency.

What counts as a run? Each time a workflow executes — even if nothing ends up happening (e.g., no new files in the watched folder) — is one run.
Bundling across products
Most Lido customers use two or more products together. Common combinations:
- Data Extraction + Workflow Builder — extract invoices automatically as they land in a Drive folder.
- Data Extraction + Form Filling — extract fields from application PDFs, then fill standard forms with the result.
- Data Extraction + Smart Lookup — extract vendor names from invoices, then match them to your AP master list.
- Full stack — Extraction + Smart Lookup + Workflow Builder + Form Filling for end-to-end document-to-database-to-form pipelines.

Enterprise add-ons
Enterprise customers can layer on:
- HIPAA + BAA — required for PHI workloads. Standard BAA terms typically signable as-is.
- SOC 2 report access — under NDA.
- SSO (SAML) — Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, OneLogin, etc.
- Audit logs — exportable.
- Custom data retention windows — longer or shorter than the default 23-hour document-retention policy.
- Dedicated Slack or Teams channel with the Lido team.
- On-site sessions — Enterprise L3 and L4 include 1–2 annual on-site visits.

Common questions
"I only need a few hundred extractions a year — am I stuck on Starter?"
Starter at $348/year covers 1,200 pages. If you need fewer, the free trial may be enough indefinitely for very small volume.
"Can I pay monthly instead of annually?"
Starter and Pro tiers offer monthly billing. Business, Scale, and all Enterprise tiers are annual-only. Annual saves 16–20% vs. the equivalent monthly rate.
"What happens if I blow past my annual page allowance?"
On Starter/Pro/Business/Scale: you'll be prompted to upgrade. On Enterprise: overage bills at $0.05/page ($3,000 per 60,000 pages).
"Do pages/forms/matches roll over year-to-year?"
No. Each annual cycle resets. For predictable seasonal spikes, size your plan for peak and amortize the unused allowance.
"Can I try a plan before I commit?"
