Pricing, plans, and page allowance
Lido pricing is based on pages processed (see "How pages and credits are counted": https://help.lido.app/en/article/how-pages-and-credits-are-counted-rphw2i/).

Read the allowance carefully - this is the most common confusion:
- Monthly plans include a monthly page allowance that resets each cycle (no rollover). $36/month = 100 pages per month.
- Annual plans unlock the entire yearly allowance upfront (use it at any pace). $348/year = 1,200 pages per year.
- Checkout shows exactly which one you are buying.
More than ~1,000 pages per month?
Higher-volume tiers (Scale, Scale+, Enterprise) are quoted to fit your volume and workflow needs, and include live support hours, more seats, and (on Enterprise) BAA/HIPAA and SSO.

Plan mechanics
- Upgrades are pro-rated and immediate - upgrade in Settings -> Billing & Usage and pay only the difference for the current period.
- Cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing cycle. Plans are non-refundable outside Enterprise contracts - see the full policy:
- No per-page overages or top-ups. If you run out, upgrade pro-rated, or purchase an additional plan under a second account (sheets can be shared between accounts).
- Payment: card unlocks access instantly; ACH/bank transfers take 5-7 days to clear.
- 1:1 live video support outside Enterprise is billed at $300/hour; Scale and above include support hours.
Other products
Workflows (automation) and Form Filling have separate plan tiers, including a free workflow tier (3,000 runs/year, daily triggers; higher tiers raise run counts and trigger frequency down to minutes). Current options are shown in Settings -> Billing & Usage.
