Delete your account, workspace, or data

There are two different things people mean by "delete my account" - pick the one you need:


1. Stop being charged (cancel your subscription)


Self-serve: Settings -> Billing & Usage (sheets.lido.app/settings/billing) -> Manage plan -> cancel. Takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; your data and workspace stay intact on the free tier. See "Refunds and cancellation policy".


2. Permanently delete your account and data


Full deletion of your workspace, sheets, workflows, and personal data is irreversible and is handled by our team:


  • Email help@trylido.com from your account email requesting account/data deletion, or ask in this chat and we will escalate it.
  • We verify the request via your account email and process deletion within 30 days (it is usually much faster).
  • If you also have an active subscription, cancel it first (step 1) so you are not billed while the request is processed.

What happens to your files


  • Source documents you upload for extraction are automatically deleted within 24 hours of processing.
  • Extracted data stays in your sheets until you delete it or your account is deleted.
  • After a full deletion, data cannot be recovered.
